The AFSC Material Aid & Advocacy Program (MAAP) will be hosting its very popular (there have been lines out the door) Semi-Annual Tag Sale Fundraiser on Friday, May 19 (5:30-8:00 pm) and Saturday, May 20 (9:00 am-2:00 pm). Here is an opportunity to buy that special outfit or quirky piece of jewelry and support this valuable program at the same time.
The Tag Sale also provides you with a very good opportunity to simplify your life by cleaning out your closets. MAAP is particularly interested in good-quality contemporary and vintage clothing, jewelry, china, glassware and decorative items. Bring your donations to the MAAP room (in the basement of the Meeting House) Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you are bringing items specifically for the sale, you are also permitted to drop them off on the white bench in the tunnel through Tuesday, May 16. Questions?
